The hardest part was making sure the bivert mod installed correctly (had to redo and touch up my solder about six times.) Also, dust kept getting behind the screen and I thought I had dead pixels but I just had to clean with a microfiber and turn it on to see.
I actually thought the easiest part was the peeling off the two layers of stickers on the back of the LCD screen. Followed pretty much the 'This Does Not Compute' video tutorial to a T. Spent about a month slowly accruing all the materials and tools necessary for the job. I had never done anything like this before. Doesn't have the uneven coloring and blurring you see in the picture, I think it's just the slow shutter speed and taking pictures of screens I guess. The camera didn't capture how well the screen finally turned out after a lot of troubleshooting and tweaking things.
